Where Horsemanship Meets Healing
Equine Behavior Specialist helping horses regulate, release tension, build strength, and maintain soundness at every stage of life.
Strength + Support Program
Discover a structured regulation and strength (mental + physical) program designed to keep horses comfortable, balanced, and in shape!
Through intentional body placement, gentle strength training, cold light therapy, and educated touch, horses learn to:
• release tension
• build the muscles needed to carry a rider
• improve posture and movement
• regulate on their own
Tools used: Treat bag, timothy pellets, occasionally a clicker, and a 12-foot lead.
This work is powerful for horses with behavioral challenges, but just as important for lesson horses, retirees, show horses, and horses in regular work!
Every horse benefits from feeling balanced and regulated. We give them the tools they need to refer back to it.
Foundational Lessons
Short, 10–15 minute lessons that explore anatomy, nervous system regulation, behavior, and the human side of horsemanship! Our Foundational Lessons are FREE to help horse owners understand what’s happening beneath the surface…without gatekeeping what matters most! We add a new lesson every week.

I’m Chelsie Brooks, an equine behavior specialist and an IAABC member with over 30 years of experience in the horse world. At the core of my work is a belief that horses deserve a voice. Every behavior is a form of communication, and when we take the time to listen, we uncover what our horses truly need. My role is to help you understand those signals and guide both horse and rider toward trust, relaxation, and balance. The general goal is always the same…creating space for horses to be heard and for real partnership to grow.
